NO-05:Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Demonstrate analysis and execution of technical performance of activities, providing technical and programmatic advice, guidance, and recommendations, assist with the development plans, and mentoring and leading others to accomplish complex goals..
NO-04:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or NO-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Demonstrate in depth knowledge of program/project management principles, acquisition programs, methods and practices, including developing plans and schedules, estimating resource requirements, defining milestones and deliverables, monitoring activities, evaluating and reporting on accomplishments.
