Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 (GS- 9/11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing Server farm/Network diagrams using PowerPoint, Visio, or similar applications; 2) Applying knowledge of a wide range of Local (LAN) and wide-area networks (WAN) systems and technologies such as TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, etc. and network hardware like switches, router, firewalls, and VPNs; 3) Analyzing system design problems and performing design studies; and 4) Preparing design proposals to reflect cost, time, and alternative solutions.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/0800/files/all-professional-engineering-positions-0800.pdf
