Minimum:- A minimum of one year of experience in clerical support work, which demonstrates ability to perform the work of the position under minimal supervision.
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Skill of qualified typist using word processor equipment is required. Must be able to type 40 wpm.
- Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, walk, bend, and stoop and stand on a routine basis. Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors.
- Must have a valid driver's license. Preferred (In addition to the minimum qualifications):
- An Associate's Degree from an accredited university with emphasis in early childhood education, business administration or a related field, and at least two years of specialized experience. Relevant experience may be substituted for degree on a year-to-year basis.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
