This position is with the CYS Teen Center located at Fort Hunter-Liggett, California. Shift is 1000-1700 or 1300-2000. Times may vary because of occasional field trips.This position is a Flex position. Flex positions can work anywhere between 0 - 40 hours per week depending on mission requirements.

1. Possess a high school diploma or GED Certificate.
2. Be able to communicate in English (both written and oral).
3. Be 18 years of age at the time of appointment.
4. Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, walk, bend, and stoop and stand on a routine basis.
5. Possess and maintain health and freedom from communicable disease.
6. Possess and maintain a CDA/School Age/Youth Credential (including Boys and Girls Club of America)/Army Youth Practicum.
7. Possess twenty-four (24) months experience working in a group program with children and/or youth.
OR
1. Possess a high school diploma or GED Certificate.

7. Possess AA degree with major emphasis in childcare.

3. Be 18 years of age at the time of appointment.
4. Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, walk, bend, and stoop and stand on a routine basis.
5. Possess and maintain health and freedom from communicable disease.
6. Possess six (6) months experience working in a group program with children and/or youth.
7. Possess BA/BS degree with a major emphasis on ECE, Elementary Education, Child Development, Home Economics, or Special Education.
