All hours of your availability are paid. Ongoing training, Grief and Loss, DBT, ACT, Gottman, CPT, PE, and CBT-I. Monday to Thursday work week. We are only open 7a-5:30p Monday to Thursday which means no evenings or weekends are required. Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and those are covered at 75% and life insurance, 401k plan, and those all start on day 1. We do also offer sick and paid time off and holidays. Responsibilities: • 3-5 minutes of concurrent documentation • Weekly Individual Consultation provided for all • Great training provided to continue growth Qualifications: • Full Independently Licensed Therapists in the state of California or Associate • No BBS issues with licensure • Knowledge of the use of Electronic Health Records • Documentation 3-5 minutes • Completely paperless practice About Company: A Place of Growth serves the community by providing evidence-based practice therapy to those utilizing insurance.
