You will serve as a Realty Specialist in the Asset Management Division of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the Gs-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Utilizing real estate principles, practices, markets and values, and applying the techniques, principles and methods applicable to real estate activities; 2) Applying Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing real estate functions within the United States; 3) Applying contracting methods/procedures pertaining to the full scope of real estate transactions, and provide on the spot guidance in complex situations; and 4) Performing realty transactions and conveyance and evaluating the effects of various methods of acquisition and disposal upon the uses and value of land.
