Compensation:$120,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
- Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient
- Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
