Position Summary Details

One of our top clients is hiring Shuttle Drivers in Orange County. This location has been rated one of the top luxury resorts in Southern California! Join our team and enjoy the beautiful views Southern California has to offer while you work.

The Shuttle Driver drives passengers to and from assigned locations. Depending on the contractual need this could be on property or to nearby company approved locations.

Essential Functions

· Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.

· Responsible for operating an assigned shuttle bus on a designated transportation route.

· Responsible for the safe transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers.

· Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers

· Comply with all security, compliance, safety standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

Responsibilities

· Transport, load and unload passengers safely. including the safe operation and handling of specialized equipment for unloading passengers with special needs (i.e., wheelchair lifts and tie-downs)

· Providing daily transportation services at designated pick-up and drop-off locations

· Help passengers to load and unload luggage as needed

· Perform routine cleaning and bus maintenance activities

· Provide excellent customer service to guests, be able to answer guest questions and present a cheerful, knowledgeable, and professional image. -

· Follow all safety procedures.

· Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plan. Coordinate bus evacuation activities as needed

· Immediately report any incidents, claims to Operations Manager, or Shift Lead.

· Refuel and maintains shuttle equipment and maintain assigned fuel use logs

· Performs pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions, adherence to prescribed Department of Transportation standards, and compliance with proper safety standards

Qualifications

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including 3-year work history if available

· Must have a positive attitude, be able to multitask, plan, and be a team player

· **NECESSARY LICENSES/ CERTIFICATIONS***- Must have a valid state issued Class B driver's license and be able to provide a clean DMV printout

· Will need to pass a pre-employment drug test
