Description:
This position is located in the Food and Beverage Division of the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department of the Southwest Region. The primary purpose of this position is to schedule, plan, and coordinate of all social functions and special events requiring advance catering reservation for the Consolidated Clubs.Requirements:
- Knowledge of proper etiquette, social graces, and military protocol.
- Knowledge of proper methods of food and beverage services.
- Be able to operate office machines such as typewriter, copy machine, and calculator.
- Be able to promote good customer relations.
- Be able to account for monies and catering equipment.
