Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing consultative services on the entire range of architectural and engineering activities for facilities construction; 2) Administering construction contracts from pre-bid to completion; 3) Reviewing, assessing, and resolving construction design issues; 4) Leading, training, or mentoring others to achieve construction engineering objectives; and 5) Applying new developments and innovations to solve construction problems that do not have standard or readily available solutions.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
