Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:GS-11:
Technical knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program initiatives, policies, procedures, and discrimination complaint matters; Ability to analyze workforce profiles to identify problem area and provides specific remedial initiatives to address the problem.
GS-12
Advanced knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program laws, regulations, judicial and administrative decisions, policies and procedures, and discrimination complaint matters; Knowledge of the principles, regulations, and procedures governing human resources management administration, to include recruitment, selection, grievance, and appeals procedures; highly developed skill in oral and written communication to present facts, considerations, and recommendations to senior management.
