n addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Producing mechanical engineering facility design packages, including design drawings, plans, specifications and design-build requests for proposal;
- Using Computer-aided Design (CAD) and energy modeling software (e.g. Whole Building Design Guide, Microsoft Office, mechanical engineering design, analysis software, AutoCAD) to produce proposed designs and results of studies; and
- Reviewing mechanical engineering design submittals for facilities to provide subject matter expert acceptance recommendations to officials.
