Description:
The Crane Operator Leader is responsible for leading workers to accomplish crane operating and rigger work. They are also responsible to the supervisor for assuring that the work of the group led are carried out.

To qualify for the WL-Crane Operator Leader, your experience should include experience equal or equivalent to the following:
The ability to work along with other workers and set the pace. The ability to oversee plans, blueprints, materials, and tools are available, and stock is obtained from supply locations. The ability to operate cranes at all boom lengths, angles, and positions.Your application will also be rated on the following job elements:
Ability to lead or supervise. Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment.
