Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience performing oversight inspections of construction operations and ensuring proper quality and quantity of material, equipment, workmanship, and adequacy of contractor's methods, procedures and/or operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-10).
