Description:
You will serve as a POL ICAP/SIIP TECHNICAL LEAD in the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.This position is part of the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 through GS-14.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 to GS-11 or ND-2 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying technical and practical Knowledge of American Petroleum Institute (API) based inspection methodologies; 2) Using FUELER and BUILDER Platforms; 3) Working with engineers, scientists, technicians, financial managers and facilities managers throughout CNIC, DLA, NPO, NAVFAC, contractors, officials, and managers of various Navy and other services and other high level administrative personnel in various agencies involved in Shore Installation Management; and 4) Specializing in INFADS and MAXIMO applications, use, and business process interface.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
