Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Extensive knowledge and experience on Utilities and Energy management; Knowledge and experience on contract procurement procedures as they relate to new construction, repairs, indefinite quantity contracts, and service work; Knowledge of the Defense Utility and Energy Reporting System (DUERS) and other energy program reporting requirements; Knowledge and experience on utility systems including billing, invoices, and utility rate structure; Knowledge of MAXIMO and production control of facilities work and knowledge of Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS), such as microgrids, direct digital control systems, and advanced meter infrastructure.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
