Requirements:
GS-05. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing technical support processing personnel actions, preparing reports, and maintaining records in an automated recruitment system.
OR.
Have successfully completed four years of education above high school level in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite;
OR
Have a combination of specialized experience and education that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required experience plus the percentage of the required education must equal one hundred percent.
GS-04. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of general experience in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled;
OR
Have successfully completed two years of education above high school level in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite.
OR
Have a combination of general experience and education that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required experience plus the percentage of the required education must equal one hundred percent.
