Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Writing requirements specifications, designing, evaluating, documenting the RF system, supporting test plan generation, and troubleshooting;
2) Investigating solutions to improve system performance;
3) Executing RF signal generation testing, system design and integration, system verification test definition, planning, and execution;
4) Operating or utilizing RF laboratory equipment (e.g., Oscilloscopes, Waveform Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, etc.), System performance characterization, Radar systems, Threat analysis.
