NO-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band NO-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing Contract Support Manager (CSM)/Contracting Officer Representative (COR) support, and perform Program Management duties tracking cost, schedule and performance of procurement actions.NO:03 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band NO-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying knowledge of contract and procurement programs/activities, policies, and objectives to support program/project.
