APPOINTMENT INFORMATION:

Position may be filled as a TERM NTE 3 YEARS with provisions to extend up to a maximum of 8 years. Permanent Army employees who accept time-limited appointments will not have placement rights to the previously held permanent position at the end of the time-limited appointment.This position is also advertised under Job Announcement Number DABR249125558921R

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Ensuring record management files are properly maintained, following procedures to inspect supply or equipment for discrepancies, Operating automated word processing equipment with hardware and software components to prepare a variety of material such as correspondence, forms, reports, etc., Maintaining property book in accordance with applicable regulations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service at the GS-6 level.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
