You will serve as a Supervisory Engineer/Scientist or Program Manager in the Point & Self Defense (PA45) or Area, BMD, & Strike (PA46) Branch within the Integrated Combat System (ICS) and Weapons Analysis Division, Performance Assessment Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.Requirements:
For the ND-05 pay band: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Engineer or Scientist managing engineering or scientific teams in the testing and analysis of combat systems to manage resources, develop improvements, and assess the effectiveness and readiness of combat systems for a warfare program.For the ND-04 pay band: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-03 (GS-09/11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Engineer or Scientist leading the analysis of combat systems engineering requirements to identify issues and recommend solutions impacting system readiness for a warfare program.
