Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Laundry Worker Leader ~ without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform the most difficult and complex activities within a large laundry facility. I am skilled in independently planning and scheduling work assignments on a daily basis within the instruction and time limits provided. I am skilled planning and prescribing deadlines and work sequences for individual workers. I am skilled in recommending performance requirements, promotions, reassignments, or other status changes of assigned personnel prior to initiation. I am skilled in explaining work requirements, methods, and procedures. I am skilled in instructing subordinates on new procedures. - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
