Description This person will sit in the firm's San Francisco office and provide service desk support for the all the users involving issues with Windows 10/11, MS Office 2016 and Office 365, Citrix, VPN, mobile devices, Intune, and iManage document management. Ivanti is the ITSM solution used for ticketing. The role is 90-95% phone and remote troubleshooting. There will be some desktop support when the San Francisco technician is out of the office. The shift will be 10 am - 6 pm or 11 am - 7 pm
