About the Position: The incumbent serves as the Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel and Adjutant General, working under the Deputy Command & Chief of Staff at the National Training Center. It is responsible for the management oversight of the G1, Installation Ready and Resilient Integration, Voting Assistance, Domestic Violence Review board and G1 Retention.Requirements:

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in federal service which includes experience in applying military human resource management requirements as they relate to an evolving organization, mission, and work functions to include program development, program evaluation, and resolution of changing and complex problems arising from program improvement. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
