You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Capital Improvements Business Line of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as the Senior Engineering Technician and central point of contact for a construction product line on all technical issues involving quality and safety on construction projects. 2) Assisting the field engineering technicians by initiating and promulgating technical training programs and procedures and providing feedback on technical issues within the team. 3) Providing technical advice and training to the team in/on matters of construction management, quality assurance, testing of critical systems, and safety.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
