Description:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS PROGRAM ANALYST in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST. The incumbent will lead and supervise the Performance Assessment Branch and will be responsible for the development, implementation, and utilization of performance assessment tools; and support program and project execution. The incumbent reports to the Deputy Operations Officer.This is an obligated position. The former incumbent has return rights to this position under PL 86-585.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Delivering performance assessment data visualizations using data visualization tools; 2) Maintaining knowledge of the required facilities digital data systems and uses metric dashboards to oversee the delivery of all products and services; 3) Understanding operational assessment and analysis tasks to respond to inquiries from Congress, the Secretariats, and stakeholders; 4) Directing the Work Management and Assessment process using Enterprise dashboards.
