MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : A minimum of four years experience that demonstrates progressively responsible administrative, professional, work involving oversight of multiple facilities to include all functions of club/full-service restaurant operations. Skill in food preparation, supervising personnel in preparation of meals, product requisition, food cost control, training and directing cooks. Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred. Must demonstrate ability to deal effectively with all management and patrons and communicate orally and in writing. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.
