You will serve as a SUPERVISOR (DIRECTOR OF WORKFORCE RELATIONS) in the CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES (8.0.3) of NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE SYSTEMS COMMAND.DP-4 TIER 2 CAP; SAN DIEGO, CA; SALARY STATEMENT: If selected, your salary will be set according to the established control points of this position which is $142,254 - $184,929 (Base $106,382 - $138,296 plus 33.72% locality adjustment).
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing federal classification authoritative advice and consultative service to customers; and interpreting and applying position classification standards to professional, administrative and interdisciplinary positions to determine appropriate pay plan, occupational series, title and grade level for civilian positions. Specialized Experience: Preparing policies, plans or programs related to workforce and/or employee relations to ensure quality and consistency throughout a major command; AND Analyzing and interpreting employee relations regulations and policies in order to develop performance management, leave administration, telework, and awards instructions and guidance for an organization and its subordinate commands; AND Experience drafting and finalizing discipline, adverse, performance-based, other third party actions, grievances, and appeals for supervisors and management officials which meet all regulatory requirements with legal sufficiency; AND Experience managing and evaluating the execution of human resources programs, and providing technical employee relations advice to management in order to resolve issues.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
