You will serve as an Inventory Management Specialist of NAVSUP AMMO LOG CENT MECH.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Inventory Management Specialist specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating an expert knowledge of guidelines, regulations and directives pertaining to supply chain management, requisitioning and inventory management of conventional ordnance. Experience also includes an extensive knowledge of inventory and logistics analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessment of data, processes and policies as it relates to the inventory of ordnance and demonstrate the ability to lead / mentor lower-level employees. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Coordinating materiel deliveries, contracting for supplies and services, materiel management and warehousing services; 2) Utilizing multiple sources of data, data flows and decision processes to develop data products and analyze various data points; 3) Providing technical guidance to personnel assuring the integration of supply technical functions that comprise the inventory management materiel; 4) Utilizing Ordnance Information Systems to develop data on ordnance stockpile management; 5) Assisting lower level employees in daily inventory / logistics movement of material; and 6) Preparing clean, concise and properly formatted briefs and presentations to present to both internal leadership and external mission partners.
