ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

Description:

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the CIVILLIAN HUMAN RESOURCES COMMAND of NAVWARSYSCOM.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or (DP-02) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience preparing policies, plans or programs related to workforce and/or employee relations to ensure quality and consistency throughout a major command; AND Analyzing and interpreting employee relations regulations and policies in order to develop performance management, leave administration, and awards instructions and guidance for an organization and its subordinate commands; AND Experience drafting and finalizing discipline, adverse, performance based, other third party actions, grievances, and appeals for supervisors and management officials which meet all regulatory requirements with legal sufficiency; AND Experience managing and evaluating the execution of human resources programs, and providing technical employee relations advice to management in order to resolve issues.
