GS-12 In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing design, engineering analysis, and calculations for projects; AND preparing working drawings, cost analysis, requests for proposals, and project specifications for facilities, infrastructure and utilities.GS-11 In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing design, engineering analysis, and calculations for projects; and preparing working drawings, cost analysis, and requests for proposals. -OR- In lieu of specialized experience you may also qualify with the following education: 3 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
