You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the military Equal Opportunity Branch of I MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising personnel and managers on subject matter related to equal opportunity, prohibited activities and conduct issues, interpreting and/or implementing established mandates set by law, corporate, or military command policies to develop, implement and monitor policies, identifying developmental and training needs of employees, tracking, monitoring, and advising on prohibited activities and conduct complaints, recommending methods and actions to improve command climate and track compliance and implementation of AOR initiatives and goals, assigning work to subordinates based on priorities.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
