Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL) in the lnstallation Personnel Administration Center (IPAC) of RECRUIT TRAINING REGIMENT.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector processing military personnel actions throughout multiple sections such as Inbound, Customer Service, Command Support, Outbound, and Defense Travel System Helpdesk. Administering personnel actions through information systems like MCTFS, DTS, and RAPIDS/DEERS, and capable of certifying pay, entitlements, and other personnel-related actions. Coordinating complex personnel actions and providing guidance on policy and regulatory matters.
