You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Real Estate Division of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing Real Estate Leadership with seasoned analytical and consult services that facilitate decisions on funding, processes and process improvements, metrics, contracts, funding execution and personnel actions 2) Evaluating and advising on a variety of organizational missions, structures business methodology, administrative and management practices within the programs and operation 3)Performing budget, financial and resource analysis 4)Performing Real Estate file audits.
