Work very closely with Supply Chain and internal IT operations team to understand the business requirements and then partner closely with IT development teams and design solutions Understand customer problems and anticipates their needs / Identifies client issues and approaches for determining potential solutions. Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technology Create and present functional and technical design including data analysis to business team, and seek feedback
