Key Responsibilities: Lead technical efforts on-site and bridge communication with offshore teams Architect and customize NICE Actimize IFM-X for fraud detection Design custom models in AIS and RCM Ensure smooth IFM-X integration with client systems Write and review scalable, standards-compliant technical designs Use SQL for data integration & analysis (Java knowledge is a plus)
