Job Description: Manage the IT Change Management process end-to-end. Evaluate and authorize change requests (RFCs); ensure appropriate categorization, prioritization, and scheduling. Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings regularly. Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business units to assess risk and impact. Ensure compliance with change policies, procedures, and audit standards. Monitor change metrics (e.g., success rate, back-out ratio) and provide regular reporting. Lead p
