Job Description: Manage the IT Change Management process end-to-end. Evaluate and authorize change requests (RFCs); ensure appropriate categorization, prioritization, and scheduling. Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings regularly. Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business units to assess risk and impact.
