Description:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. -5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a technical customer-facing role Background and some experience in at least one of the CES offering areas of Apps, SAP or Data Anayltics 2. The person has led delivery in onsite-offshore model 3. Is able to build and maintain good client relationships 4. Is able to farm an account (delivery led growth) and has had P&L responsibilities.
