You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL) in the NAVY RECRUITING DISTRICT of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT LOS ANGELES." The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze. Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of military policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain military personnel service records; 2) Researching information in military records and databases in order to respond to inquiries regarding military human resources issues; 3) Utilizing automated systems to create and maintain military records.
