Functioning as part of an IT Team, individuals in this position will provide IT Helpdesk / Desktop support. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, video conferencing, and networks within the office. Follow SOP documentation and escalate issues appropriately to higher-level staff. Inventory management of new and old devices. General IT housekeeping projects assigned by client manager or lead. Wiping PC hard disks and imaging new devices. Booting PC's and checking OS compatibility. Help with
