You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEER (ENERGY SAVINGS PERFORMANCE CONTRACTS (ESPC) Branch Supervisory & Subject Matter Expert) in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER (EXWC), Shore Department.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 through GS-14 or ND-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Project and Program expertise in Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) at all phases of the life cycle. 2.) Advise technical expertise in installation of energy systems such as: HVAC, electrical, utilities, generation, and storage. 3.) Lead teams and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries with diverse stakeholders. 4.) Instruct on Federal Acquisition processes and contract administration related to third-party financed projects.
