Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hr Must Have: 7+ years of experience on large commercial, industrial, or manufacturing construction projects Hands-on field experience; ideally someone who s risen through the trades (e.g., carpenter, plumber, etc.) Strong understanding of MEP/CSA systems and ability to interpret architectural, civil, structural, and electrical drawings Comfortable leading contractors and holding teams accountable to safety and quality standards Solid understanding of short-term construct
