Project Scope The Information Technology Bureau (ITB) would greatly benefit from the addition of a GIS Analyst to its Geospatial Technology Unit (GTU). The GIS Analyst will be responsible for handling GIS Indoors and digital twins projects in support of the LAPD. GTU also handles geospatial edits for the city's 911 emergency response system.
