You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST in the N3 Operation Department of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing expert guidance, assistance and oversight over all elements of Force Protection Programs by analyzing statistics, identifying risk, and administering changes at Navy installations to ensure operational effectiveness; 2) Determining resource planning, budget requirements, contract analysis, and appropriated fund financial management for Force Protection Programs; 3) Overseeing the implementation of Force Protection and Security/Law Enforcement programs policies, practices, and systems deployed at Navy activities and installations; 4) Facilitating relationships, responses, and interactions with regional operations managers as well as with federal, state, and local government offices in order to advocate for stakeholders and resolve issues for NAVY operations; and 5) Performing supervisory duties such as managing, organizing, directing, providing technical leadership and guidance, assigning and prioritizing work, position management, evaluating work performance of subordinates and resolving disciplinary issues of a team of civilian and military personnel.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
