Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain Ansible automation workflows for AV/VC infrastructure. Create, manage, and enhance Splunk dashboards to monitor device health and service performance. Assist in RoomOS upgrade cycles, including after-hours validation and post-deployment support. Perform end-to-end testing of new RoomOS releases and features, report bugs to Cisco, and ensure fixes are implemented.
