About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Force Development Flight- Library Aid.
This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situation

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
- Experience in responsible clerical or office work, demonstrating the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Experience or training demonstrating the ability to perform simple computer and word processing tasks
- Typing skills are desirable
- Requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing
- Recurring activities include bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching
- Ability to push loaded book trucks
- Frequent lifting of moderately heavy items
- Physically able to lift boxes up to 40 pounds
- Able to reach up to 72 inches with or without the assistance of a step stool
- Ability to deal effectively with the public
