You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INSTALLATION PLANS PROGRAMS AND READINESS INTEGRATOR in the Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Installation of NB SAN DIEGO.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Developing comprehensive plans, strategies and policy that drive internal and external integration of programs and activities in support of higher echelon goals and objectives; 2) Integrating short-term and long-range planning and execution of installation programs, financial, manpower readiness, operations and program performance; 3) Analyzing program performance data to make recommendations for improvement; and 4) Applying fact-finding and work measurement techniques, data collection, and analysis to conduct studies.
