You will serve as Head, Mobile & Integrated Threat Division (MITD), DB44000, in the Threat Target Systems Department (TTSD) of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.Requirements:
In addition to the basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following:1) Leading cross-functional teams in developing and fielding complex systems, managing cost, schedule, and performance across multiple projects and contracts; 2) Providing strategic direction as a senior leader, contributing to organizational planning and overseeing division-level strategic and business plan execution; 3) Managing risk, resources, and cybersecurity for a broad range of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational cost and quality standards through systems engineering processes; and 4) Overseeing personnel development and facility modernization to support program execution, leveraging knowledge of threat systems and software development practices.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
