You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GROUP, HUMAN RESOURCES DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11/12) or pay band (DA-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting federal HR concepts, laws, regulations, rules, principles, and practices in HR functional areas, including staffing /employment, classification, compensation, performance management, and employee relations; 2) Utilizing automated technology to produce documents, charts, graphs, and presentations to advise on multiple HR functional areas; 3) Assisting and advising hiring managers on recruitment and staffing processes; 4) Gathering and analyzing information in order to provide guidance and recommendations.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
