Description -Handling a backlog of 140 IT support tickets, as well as new incoming tickets -Onboarding new hires, such as creating Active Directory user accounts, procuring laptops, and setting up new accounts and group permissions -Working with the ServiceNow ticketing system -Demonstrating working knowledge of Windows file permissions, Microsoft Intune, and Office 365 The role is on-site at the Carlsbad, California office The work schedule is a 9-80 schedule (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 P
